	LUNCH The panorama of the Chesapeake Bay from TradeWinds is spectacular during any season of the year. Truly, each season has its own special charm. The luncheon menu at TradeWinds has enough variety to keep you coming back time and time again to savor the view…and the cuisine. For a light lunch, choose from delicious soups, a variety of salads, and juicy burgers and sandwiches. Luncheon entrees include unique vegetable, chicken and seafood selections, and omelettes starting at only $4.95. The luncheon menu includes special "Heart Smart" offerings prepared according to the guidelines of the American Heart Association.
	DINNER Executive Chef John Maclure has created a unique and varied dinner menu. Start off your memorable dining experience with one of Chef Maclure's soups or appetizers, including his acclaimed She Crab Soup. For a main course, choose from fresh local seafood, prime beef, tender veal, savory lamb and free range chicken, all creatively presented to delight the palate…and the eye. The extensively TradeWinds wine list offers the perfect wine to compliment any of the delicious menu choices, including a variety of wines created right here in Virginia. The perfect ending to a perfect meal is a selection from the array of creative delicacies created daily by our pastry staff.
	SUNDAY BRUNCH Time and time again, the Sunday Brunch at TradeWinds has been recognized as the very best brunch in Virginia Beach.
